“Astonishingly fast delivery. The only gripe I would have would be the delivery charge which was more than the product itself. Maybe let people know up front? Total was still less than ordering from Wickes though...,”

“An item was not delivered, I got in touch to ask them to resend ( i think it was courier error rather than SC's fault) it turned out that I had ordered the wrong thing anyway. This was identified by SC who sent out the correct item the same day.”

Hi John Apologies for this. I can see that 7 parcels were sent out for delivery on 19/04/18, and 6 out of the 7 were delivered on 20/04/18. We have no record of you calling or emailing us to advise us of this so there would be no way of us knowing there was an issue. We would also need to know what you are missing so we can rectify this issue. Kindly call our customer services team on 0151 678 7997 and we will look into this ASAP. Thank You. Delta
