“Ordered scaffolding net for my allotment, which was as described and so much cheaper than the products specifically marketed for gardening. Paid £9.99 for p&p assuming it would be despatched fairly promptly. Ordered on a Saturday, finally called the following Friday to be told it had not been despatched as they had been very busy but would be despatched that day. It was a bank holiday weekend so I didn’t receive it until the Tuesday after. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and would have expedited the despatch had it not been already scheduled for that day. However that did make me think that if customers who are familiar with the business call to ask for expedited despatch that may result in others being pushed back a bit. I could be wrong. A message on the website mentioning potential delays would have been helpful as then I could have chosen whether the order from there or not. I’m giving 4 stars as the product is very good value and staff very helpful.”

Due to the nature of our freight and the number of consignments they deliver, sometimes we do see unforeseen delays or mix-ups with couriers, and we are truly sorry that this has happened on this occasion. “I ordered a raised bed kit for a family member but it did not show up on my account orders. This was due to it being delivered to their address not my own. When I contacted the company they were extremely helpful and were able to confirm the order had been processed. Excellent service and products.”
