Good afternoon Claire, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. I have looked into your order, as the review stated we have provided an awful delivery service, and I can see we delivered the order within two working days which is within our advertised lead time of five working days. As this would not be deemed bad service, may I ask if you had a negative experience with the third-party parcel courier? I am unable to see a log of your phone call therefore I am unable to comment on the level of customer care, however, if you wish to discuss these issues further please call me any time between 08:00 – 16:30 on 0151 678 7997. “We are an electronics company who VERY rarely need hardware of the type which you supply - so really NOT a big customer. Nonetheless we were treated with courtesy and efficiency. The goods arrived the following day, have been powder coated and now reside in a Grade I listed church in the Vale of Glamorgan**. We cannost speak more highly of your service or supplied products. Thank you. ** not allowed to mount on the walls - Norman paintings on many walls covered with paint and being delicately uncoverd. Hence we needed to find a method to install without touching walls.”

“Bought two 8x4 double height planter kits for my vegetable plot arrived quickly and well packaged. There were no instructions but with over the phone help from a helpful customer service person we put it all together and are very pleased with it looking forward to growing some home grown veggies now Thankyou”

“I have purchased several of thes 8x4 raised beds and they are great. On this occasion the only fault I could find was with the delivery. There was no prior notification as to when it was arriving, and we were taken by surprise when it suddenly turned up... I was just .getting up. However the driver was very good and put the items exactly where requested. If it wasn't for the lack of notification it would have been 5 stars.”

“The raised beds look substantial and good quality. Delta made arrangements for delivery but the company were hopeless. I had 4 missed slots. They did deliver in the end but considering I paid £175 for delivery I am not impressed. This reflects on Delta. I have not been offered a full or part refund of delivery so far. I am waiting to be informed. However if Delta use this company again it will deter me from a repeat order. The delivery company were not sympathetic and said logistics is a complicated business so I don’t think they will refund any delivery charge”

“Ordered a roll of poly wrap. I needed asap but didn’t put that in any correspondence. Ordered on Thursday, bearing in mind weekend, delivered on Tuesday. Brilliant service.”

“I wanted tanalised scaffold boards for a garden job - and they aren't always easy to find. Scaffolding Direct had exactly what I wanted. It was easy to order. I ordered on a Friday and they were delivered on the Monday. Impressive”
