“Savoy Timber have been excellent from start to finish, order processing, delivery and customer support was straightforward and efficient, unfortunately the worktops I bought had a manufacturing fault and needed replacing, Customer Services dealt with the problem really quickly and sent replacements within a few days, they went out of their way to ensure the matter was resolved as soon as possible and to my satisfaction, it makes such a nice change to get such good customer service, I would have no hesitation in buying from Savoy Timber again and recommending them.”
