“5 to 7 days wait,,took 4 weeks and I had to do the chasing phoning weekly,,goods in where you pick your doors up from no help there’s your doors and walked off left feeling frustrated”

“Ordered two fence panels from Savoy, dispatched from the Wigan branch. Delivery came and cheekily asked the driver, as there were only two panels if he could slide them straight in with me. Neil went above and beyond, great service, thank you very much.”

“I'm really happy I found Savoy Timber, I was just googling worktops and they were the cheapest I could find, even my local B&Q 10 minutes away was more expensive. And you have a wide variety of designs. It was packaged very well it was hard to get into and the delivery driver was friendly too. Just one little hiccup...Notifications were left very last minute, I got an email on the morning it was being delivered and it was just lucky someone was home, it would have been nice to be given a delivery date 2-3days beforehand. Hence 4 stars would have given 5 if it wasn't for the Notification. But other than that brilliant on price.”
