“Paid click and collect. When I got there lady couldn’t find paperwork had to ask another lady. When found she said oh it must be out in the yard ask one of the men. Found someone who then had to climb up and get the wood down. He got the wood down and began to walk away and I noticed one of the 8’ lengths was in very poor condition so I shout the man to ask him to change it “oh just nip up on the rack and get another down”. I’m 73 so I had to climb up the rack and get another down. Not great service”

“Happy with product slight damage on one corner but not too worried put that on the inside. Was dissapointed with no response to a email asking why postage was 8. 95 per item when the page states 2.95 for each additional item . I had 2 items. J. Lilley”

“Very satisfactory process of ordering my worktop cut to size and speedily supplied to my address. Communications were excellent and quickly actuated. The heavy worktop has now been cheerily delivered well packaged and now ready for the job's completion. Delighted with it all and will happily deal again with this reliable supplier. Highly recommended!”

“Sent to wrong address even emailed them the address to make sure ! Orderd u clips never got ,email about clips didn't even get a reply all in all not very good service .”
