“Didnt receive the letters at Christmas or for the new year. Finally received on 4th January 2023. n my first complaint you sent email to send to them but that is the reason I wanted Santas letters to go by post as they do not have computers”

“Came after the new year! No video call that I paid extra for. All we got was a text on Xmas morning. But pointless without the letter and no call as expected! Won't use again. My child now actually don't believe in Santa as everything was late”

“Never arrive in time due to postal strikes. Still not arrived in January. They sent emails every day guaranteeing delivery that week. Don't know why you would let the automated messages go out and let people fall for it. No refund just a message to offer another one in January.”
