“Or the first time this year ordered two letters for my grandchildren ages ago. They were dispatched on November 29th and were estimated to arrive on December 7th. They have not arrived yet. I am very disappointed in your service.”

“I ordered a personalised AI Santa letter and got a standard, short letter without reference to anything I had put in for my daughter. To say she was underwhelmed with the letter would be an understatement! The letter I had designed was totally different so I’m not sure how I’ve ended up with this one. I would like my money back!! I have attached what the letter should have looked like!!”
