Second year in a row that I have ordered and had problems with delivery. I ordered three letters on December 11th and still haven't received the third one (today is (12/31). Luckily I reached out to customer service when I realized there was no way that I would be receiving them before Christmas and I was sent a PDF that I had to print. It really defeats the purpose of me purchasing Santa Letters if I have to print them on my own. I gave this two stars because of the responsiveness of customer service.
