“Poor, had massive problems logging into system. Feel like the whole process is simply a glorified form of legal extortion with no real benefits, especially in terms of protecting people and improving health and safety. It's a service set up to help larger contractors tick boxes and protect backsides.”

“The process was good but I believe we are submitting lots of information annually that you already have on file. The assessor did say that this shouldn't happen on the next accreditation”

“Jack Davies, your Auditor was so helpful right from the beginning of our Audit. I had X2 Audit Rewewals to complete for my two companies who come under our main company umbrella. It was my first time collating the information for the companies and Jack was clear & precise on what was required by SafeContractor, was always on hand by email or phone and was supportive all the way. “No guidance provided year from year on information required. Where is the information because each year it changes massively what you require. You now want to charge to do express and make out you won’t ge able to do it within 4-6 weeks - yet did it in a normal timescale. The person assessing the work then doesn’t even read what was provided on 2 occasions. Will be last year as will recommend client to move to a different accreditation scheme.”

“The process is fairly straightforward and not too onerous on the second and third time around. Customer Service is excellent. I called a couple of times and the service representatives were nothing if not very helpful. Full credit to Alcumus' staff.”

“Really difficult to get this completed. Staff don't listen to requirements and keep batting me around and try to sell me other products. This has become extremely difficult and intrusive compared to the previous years.”
