“Takes to long to receive certification - plus once information is sent things that were acceptable in previous years no longer seem acceptable but for no reason.”

“Due to the reminder being missed by our Director it was not until after our accreditation had expired that I knew, when a customer requested an up do date certificate. As all other documents were up to date it was quite simple but I had a few problems and I was talked through how to correct, then with upgrading from standard to Express we had our accreditation back within no time. 95% of our customers require copies of our SafeContractor accreditation documents, so I am thankful for all their help. Dawn Steadman”

“This years assessment and re-certification was completed prior to expiry of the previous certificate which was much improved on previous years. It would be beneficial if the questionnaire was issued with more than 21 days prior to expiry but this was my only complaint this year. Our account manager was very helpful and was able to push the application through to completion timeously.”

“When completing the assessment certain areas were not applicable, this was consistently ignored by the person reviewing both email and submission notes to the point I had to call to get this completed, waste of time for a portal that if justifiable could improve the flow of the assessment”
