“The process is quite complicated if not something you have done before. Not sure how much the number to call charges each time. Can receive varying answers to the same question depending on who you speak to. Was a long drawn out process, then additional fees charged to fast track application once completed. If additional fees payed, can take 4 working days instead of uo to 2 months!!”

“The portal this year we felt was unclear and we thought we had finished the session when we had actually missed parts. We feel each section for completion should be clearer as last year the submission was no problem at all.”
