“We have been a member for about 5 years now, and this year the process was even smoother than before. Our documents were reviewed quickly and everyone was very helpful to guide us with samples and detailed emails so we could complete the renewal in a very timely manner.”

“Overall the process ran very smoothly and the only questionnaire to complete is well thought through and intuitive. The only minor negative experience was that our questionnaire was reviewed by two separate auditors (unclear if this is standard procedure) which meant that after addressing the queries from the first auditor, the questionnaire was resubmitted only to have several other queries raised on totally different questions/areas by the second auditor. It would be ideal if all queries were raised in the first round such that the process is most efficient.”

“There seems to have been a lot of extra issues this time when we went to renew, even though we hadn't made any changes and so the situation was dragged out a lot more than normal.”

“It was frustrating as they allow us to submit our renewal 30 days before it expires, then take 30 days to review it so if there are any issues we have no time to amend and re-submit. The only way around this is to pay more money to expedite the review. Unfortunately this in this post covid climate this is not possible. Once it got going it was fine. The people I or my colleagues liaised with were very good and helpful and the system is very good.”

“You move the goalposts - I upload everything you ask for then you wait 20 days to be told that you want more than you have already asked, then wait again for over a week to be told you want more again and then again have to wait!! Consequently, my certification expired - and I submitted to yourselves on the 27th September, as soon as was physically possible. My certification was issued on the 5th November. The service, which has increased your charges, is worse than it was before and you expect us to pay another £200 to get certification quicker A BIG CON! Customer service is bad too!!!!! If we ran our company this way we would be out of business”

“I paid for additional help, I had nothing other than a list of documents. I sent information over and was asked for the same over and over again. No help and very slow. The auditor had a few minor items he required, that process was efficient and good.”
