“When completing questionnary for new renewal accreditation this year, we took care that no checking of prior loaded documents were made by auditors, e. g. regarding to maximum working days statements on UK, loaded on 2018. This issue causes us a little bit of misundertanding and confussion filling up and giving response to the current auditor, because new auditor required us others Employer´s Liability insurance cover not required on 2019 neither 2020. We were a little bit losen because any situation has changed about this issue.”

“The service was very fast but I was a little confused by some of the questions and the need for the PQQ but response time was excellent, thank you. It could be a bit less costly given the Safemark scheme was almost half and this was discontinued without any notification and now means a re print of my invoices & headed paper which has the logo on it!!”
