“Not able to to update portal with new or updated documents until 1 month before expiry. This does not give enough time to get authorised within the month period as you have a 25 working day time for accreditation! Was especially challenging for me as my 25 working days were over the Christmas period and you had shutdown for 2 weeks!”

Thank you for your review, and congratulations on your SafeContractor accreditation. Please be advised that our Contractor Portal is open for document uploads all year, and that the submission option is only available 30 days prior to your accreditation expiry. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.
