“Although it seems like every time we go through the accreditation process there are many more hoops to jump through, and the process seems unnecessarily complex and difficult for SMEs, the SafeContractor back office staff are very helpful and responsive, and provided sound advice and assistance.”

Our audit team and system are committed to ensuring that all contractors who complete our audit process have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. “Very good customer service and help from the team. Our only issue is when ordering stickers for the vans as yet their has been no conformation of the order”

“What can I say, the staff that checked my company for accreditation were just the best. not only did they mandate that I keep my H&S documentation at the highest level, but they were also exceptionally approachable which ultimately helped us to maintain our documentation, as well as our policies and procedures, at an exemplary standard.”

“Very confusing - was told different things by different people about what we required in order for us to complete the process. Expensive. Then got contacted by a broker supposedly offering us discounts on insurance, fuelcards, utilities etc who was overly sales orientated which we didn't appreciate.”

“Generally very positive, but i do find that once submitted, the questionnaires do take a long time to be assessed.”

Our standard queue for our audit team to review a completed questionnaire can be up to four weeks, however we do have a range of support options available to speed this up if required. To make the process quicker next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents at the earliest opportunity, to ensure this is reviewed well in advance of your accreditation review deadline. “I have used SafeContractor now for the last 3 years and have found them excellent. I have had accreditation with other companies but found the level of support and the way in which that support was delivered to be very, very frustrating. If you know exactly what to do, then there are no issues, however, if you need to ask a question I found them to be boardering on rude in their manner. It was a complete breath of fresh air to have someone on the other end of the phone to help you, not only every step of the way, but in a manner that made me feel like they were really concerned with my issues. I wish I could give them more stars but suffice to say, SafeContractor have made my experience, of a very difficult task almost........pleasureable. I would never go back to doing full assessments with the others, just a deem to satisfy, when the need arose.”
