“Dear Sirs I feel that the price increase in this year’s subscription was unfair considering how the pandemic affected many companies in the service industry in the past year. I also felt that some of the extra questions I had to respond to were unnecessary. But then again you know that we all need this certification so I guess alcumus feel they can do as they wish. “Thomas and Emma were really friendly and very helpful. Victoria Spring wasn't helpful at all, i wrote several emails to her stating i needed a phone call from her, raised ticket to be called back but never got a phone call but i did get an email at 9.45pm 2 days later with the subject 'following on from our phone call' we never had a phone call to follow on from. i am assuming because we paid premium price for assistance she had to send that email to look like she had contacted us in the required timeframe. Again i explained i needed help to complete the questionnaire via email before she sent it off to be audited. I didn't get a phone call and she submitted it anyway.”

“It was acceptable, the training part was difficult to submit any training requirements due to the current epidemic and most training providers for the types of training we require need to be face to face and practical”

“You sent out Pro Forma Invoice over 2 months before invoice was due to be paid. When we questioned it you said, it was just a gentle reminder, then we were bombarded with emails saying invoice was due. Like most companies we had a tough time last year with covid but still managed to settle our bills on time, which we did with yours. We do not expect our customers to pay up 2 or 1 month, or even a week in advance. Also we feel we were penalised in the accreditation process because of this.”

“although not signed up to the immediate review, which believe is something that you exploit, it took around 35 days for response. Upon asking for additional information, I had to repeat answers that provided clarity to the question, but the same question was asked again SafeContractor is obtained as most companies recognize it, but we do not see much benefit beyond this”

“The whole audit was painfully slow. Also, I am receiving too many unimportant emails, inavaribly these are deleted, thus missing the important ones that need due attention.”
