“Very good. Questions were easy to understand when sometimes in the past questions relating to health and safety can be difficult to interpret. The response was prompt and it seemed to take a lot less time this year than it has in the past.”

“I would not recommend completing the SafeContractor accreditation with Alcamus. It took over 2 months to chase our accreditation due to incorrect information being submitting in our SSIP registration. There seems to be no communication between departments and is left to the customer to chase and request incorrect information be changed. A very long and difficult process with little assistance.”

“I would have liked SafeContractor to take more control during the processing of my journey, maybe we were to blame, but we would certainly have liked to be made accountable during each step going through the accreditation process”

“The SafeContractor accreditation process was straightforward and easy to follow. The system is very user friendly and help is available if needed. The SafeContractor accreditation is a valuable part of our commitment to Health and Safety and demonstrates to our Clients that we have suitable compliance processes in place.”

“Very onerous reaccreditation this year. Emails failed to get through so missed reminders to complete the questionnaire. Left with no option but to buy into the Premier system. This still seemed slow but had two different assessors. Provision of evidence in a year of covid was very onerous. The effort to be accredited is only for Rolls-Royce to allow us to enter their sites to offer classroom training only. Therefore the effort feels to far outweigh the safety hazards we encounter.”

“I struggled a little this year - mainly due to working from home! A couple of specifications appear to have changed within the accreditation application which I somehow wasn't aware of. However I had a long conversation with Robin yesterday and my final point resolved and we now have accreditation, thank you Robin for your help.”
