“too slow and no option, but to pay for fast track. Fully appreciate if you have to complete the full application, but we have CHAS and for the 4 questions needed, it shouldn't take 2 weeks. We had no option but to pay the fast track. Poor.”

Our contractor portal is available for you to upload updated information 24/7, 365 days a year. To speed the process up next year, we recommend updating your documents (including any Deem to Satisfy documentation relating to alternative accreditations) throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents as quickly as possible. “Initially not pleased that if you don’t pay to fast track you do not allow sufficient time from submission to accreditation Without your client’s accreditation expiring. When I realized this and paid to fast track your service was very good.”

“Ben has been ever so helpful with explaining what documents need to be sent through. It would be good if it's made clearer that if you don't pay for the upgraded service, re-accreditation can take a month to be even looked at let alone actually approved. I appreciate it's probably there in the email that's sent 1 month before due date but there's way too much info in that email!”
