“I completed the annual questionnaire, and as usual, it was rejected becasue I haven't provided the right information, despite what I uploaded being what was asked for. then to add insult to injury, I wasn't notified for 6 weeks!! even then I had to chase Safecontractor.”

At SafeContractor we do operate a queue system owing to the volume of accounts we have to process. We do offer a variety of packages dependent on the needs of our contractors. As your business is on the standard package the lead time for accreditation can apply, in regard to your application we do contact via telephone and email within the timeframe and I can see that contact was made from both ends and then resolved. I will certainly pass on your valued feedback to the relevant departments. “Massively over-priced for what is essentially a paper pushing exercise. No meaningful assessment of health and safety in a real environment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending money on this, it’s laughable.”

“Stressful. Too many 2awkward, unintelligible questions. We joined because it was a criterion of Rolls-Royce/Mitie. The forms that you have to complete are difficult to keep track of and confusing.”

Just so that you know, your questionnaire is open all year round for you to fill in and upload documents, it becomes available to submit 30 days prior to the expiry date of your current certificate, this is to enable you to get ahead and usually allows us enough time to review your file before the current certificate expires. We also offer basic support no matter what package you are on and our assisted and premier package with 121 support if it is needed. “At times it can be slightly onerous with the gathering and uploading of data. But if you stay on top of loading certificates, policies etc as they are renewed through out the year this helps.”
