“Easy enough some of the system could be simplified as in if your a newley formed company its hard to get the relevant documents required”

If you need any guidance on what documents are required our team of auditors will be happy to provide you with any support needed. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. “Overall good. However, our policy expiry date is 16th January and we have an issue every year whereby even though all documentation is uploaded as soon as it can be uploaded, because of the Christmas break and your two week closure, the policy expires before the new accreditation is received. This does cause us problems accessing sites for some clients. We have raised this issue a number of times and asked for either an extended period before the expiry date to allow us to submit the documentation or an amendment to the expiry date.”
