“We have been SafeContractor members for over 5 years now, and over this time it has helped us secure some very jobs. It has also improved our presence as a company who treat health & safety as the highest priority. This year i was quite late in submitting our renewal literature, but due to the fantastic team at Safe we managed to have our certificate before the deadline. There were no hidden extras to pay for, just a great team at the end of the phone to assist in getting our audit through in a smooth and effortless fashion. “too slow and no option, but to pay for fast track. Fully appreciate if you have to complete the full application, but we have CHAS and for the 4 questions needed, it shouldn't take 2 weeks. We had no option but to pay the fast track. Poor.”

Thank you for leaving us your feedback, and congratulations on your SafeContractor accreditation. Our standard audit time takes 4 weeks from the point of complete documentation being submitted. Our contractor portal is available for you to upload updated information 24/7, 365 days a year. To speed the process up next year, we recommend updating your documents (including any Deem to Satisfy documentation relating to alternative accreditations) throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents as quickly as possible.
