“The accreditation process is OK and effective. However the accounts team are awful. Invoices are routinely sent out months before they are due, and endless chasing phone calls and emails, have annoyed the hell out of me. Please note that these phone calls and emails take place weeks and months before the payment is due. I have no idea what their accounts team are thinking of when they do this, or indeed if they think at all.”

“TOO MANY PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS, HAVING TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF TO MANY PEOPLE RATHER THAN ONE APPOINTED PERSON. GET SENT FAR TOO MANY EMAIL COMMUNICATION AND THE COST HAS BECOME RATHER STEEP.”

“Your standard turnaround for accreditation is too long. Despite filling out questionnaires on the day they were released our accreditation had expired. Not sure if this is a blatant ploy to get everyone to upgrade their memberships to fast track”

Previously, you could submit the renewal questionnaire 30 days before your expiry date. Now, we've extended that window to 60 days before expiry, giving you an additional 30 days to complete the submission. We hope this change makes a positive difference as you prepare for next year!
