It’s not aimed at very small family companies that do not work in construction and work from home address and do not employ anyone

It's protracted unless you pay a premium to have it dealt with swiftly. I had submitted documents that were within date, but when someone looked at the file these had expired so was requested to re-submit new ones.

Previously, you could submit the renewal questionnaire 30 days before your expiry date. Now, we've extended that window to 60 days before expiry, giving you an additional 30 days to complete the submission. We hope this change makes a positive difference as you prepare for next year! The assessment side of things was made very easy with direct communication with the assessor which reduced the to-ing and fro-ing and a successful submission made. Delays with invoicing and slight delay in receving the certificates has prevented the 5-stars.

Very slow to get accreditation after submitting the questionnaire, i.e. we get the new cert after expiry of the old one and when customers ask us for the new cert for their files we have to tell them that we are waiting on it, which is not very professional

Poor all round, takes months to get through an audit, documents acceptable last year are now not acceptable, the responses are slow, takes weeks to come back, it isnt something I would recoment. The fact that we previously went through an ISO 45001 audit with no problem makes me wonder what the real cause of the delays is for.

Aggressive high pressure sales and renewal tactics made this a very unpleasant experience, core service is fine, customer management, onboarding and relationship management is terrible

Great process, helped highlight areas that our procedures didn’t quite cover. Ultimately, allowed us to demonstrate our compliance to Health and Safety within our industry, through their audit process. Highly recommend.

If I could give you zero stars I would. I've never come across a company with such bad customer service. Only interested in getting membership payment off you, then the service they deliver is appalling. Glad I cancelled my membership.
