“Highly recommended! Great service from Run and Become. Initially got in touch to have my gait analysed and the whole process from start to finish was very impressive. “I had bought running shoes a few years back so wanted to ensure I could buy them again as they had been perfect , I had the make model and size, I enquired on their website giving my info and was supplied with the current name, make,model with a link to view their product. I had explained that it was not my usual mode of purchase buying online so was very hesitant to make the purchase.( more mature runner!) I now felt confident to make the purchase and after a delay on myside was able to buy them on their sale , so a win for me. Shoes delivered, no hassle and already out running perfect ending.”

“Love Run and Become shop but obviously cannot go in just now.Great choice online, good prices, speedy delivery. Unfortunately there was a lot of snow so Royal Mail were unable to deliver for over a week. But usually get delivery in 2 days.”

“Excellent customer service by super friendly staff. The gait analysis is what introduced me to Run and Become, newly introduced to running it can be daunting asking for advice but the staff were very helpful. The free delivery and returns is such a good service and being allowed to test your trainers outside for a few mins (clean and dry conditions obviously) is fantastic. I ended up keeping 2 pairs of the 9 pairs ordered as I couldn't choose and the returns process and speed of refund is excellent. Loyalty discounts will keep me coming back! Thank you”
