“When I purchased my trail running shoes from R&B I never anticipated returning them for early failure of the upper fabric. The manner in which R&B dealt with my enquiry was very satisfying from a customer perspective. I have now received an exchange which have proved too small and unfortunately I have needed to return them, again no drama just good service, I look forward finalising my issue with confidence.”

“Best running shop I know. Perfectionists when it comes to making sure you have the correct shoes for your feet/running style; regardless of price. If the cheaper shoe is the right shoe, then they won't sell you anything else. Their customer service is second to no-one. I had to return a pair of Nike Pegasus, which I had bought around 5 months before. Although I'd barely worn them, and never run in them, the tread on the sole was coming off (typical Nike quality I'm afraid - I've found this has happened before, although never with so little use). Most shops wouldn't have been interested 5 months after the sale, but Run & Become listened to me, inspected the photos, agreed it wasn't reasonable, asked for the shoes to be returned & sent me a new pair. They can't fix Nike's quality control but they did everything within their power to sort the situation - kudos to them!”
