“Went into the Edinburgh shop on Christmas Eve. Very thorough discussion and advice though sometimes it went over my head. Trainers were not in stock but delivered promptly before New Year. Great service.”

“The original package contained the incorrect product. Run and Become communicated well, directing me to send the product back for an exchange. This happened and I now have the correct product. Obviously I would have preferred not to have had to go through that but it was a fairly painless experience.”
