“I’m really happy with the help and advice provided by Run and Become. My running analysis process was detailed and the appointment booking was easy to setup. The analysis enabled me to find the right trainer to fit my feet and also running style, and Michelle was really helpful in guiding me in the right direction on brands. Great service, thank you!”

“If it wasn't for the lovely lady in the Newport store being an absolute retail legend ,I'm not sure I would have bothered to do this-The size I ordered were not available in London,I received a message-I had an idea to order the size down but couldn't get through to that branch,I contacted the Newport store to see if they could help & the size I ordered were available there-dispatched immediately -such a lovely lady very on the ball”

“Prompt delivery and a good selection of running stuff. I'm still quite upset that the Edinburgh branch closed as the staff there were incredibly friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I much prefer going to proper shops rather than online due to the invaluable advice and being able to try things on but the website is one of the better ones.”
