“So quick, great shoes, and they took the VAT off for me as I’m a Channel Island resident. In fact, this happened automatically at checkout. I need a wide shoe and these are pretty hard to come by, but this is my third purchase from R&B and they’ve had my choice in stock each time.”

“Priced the shoes at a reasonable price but the delivery took over a week. When spending £100+ I don’t expect any product to take longer than 3 days to arrive. You only posted my shoes after a week had gone by and I started enquiring. Clearly caught out sent them express delivery. Better delivery next time please”

“I ordered size 9 but received 9.5 instead, if you don’t have stock just say “out of stock” I don’t have enough time to order and send them back over and over £120 shoes. So you got away with it but this is second and last time I use your website to buy. Thanks”
