“I found the process really helpful and informative. Having the ability to discuss my gait with an advisor was an added bonus. Convenient being able to do everything online as I was unable to go to the store. Great to still have the opportunity to try different options and return the ones that weren’t suitable. Ended up with a pair of trainers that exceeded my expectations.”

“I have shopped with Run and Become in store before but this was my first time purchasing online. Everything was great, the website is easy to use with a great selection and checking out using Apple Pay was ideal. I’ll definitely be using the online store again.”

“Bought a pair of running shoes, wanted to call first to ensure they'd arrive on time. Run & Become were really helpful on the phone and the trainers arrived on time. I found the site was helpful and 'non-generic' compared to others selling these trainers, I have wider feet and wanted to buy from a site that seems to know running rather than simply ship boxes. I also wanted to know that the returns policy was decent before buying some trainers that may be a bit wider, I didn't have to use it but it was reassuring. All in all, I'll be saving Run and Become in my favourites for next time. V. Happy.”

“Delivery was super quick. Had to return as too small but filled in the exchange slip to get a bigger size. The exchange was dealt with the same day they received the returned parcel. Also free shipping label included for returns Highly recommend”
