“Just as I wanted although the only disappointment was that I paid for delivery to work and it arrived the day later than I expected. I ordered late on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday. I had hoped for Tuesday. My mistake.”

“I had a gait analysis whilst on holiday in London. The lady was so knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't believe it when she directed me outside to run down the street in several pairs of shoes, to see which worked best for me. I would definitely travel from Yorkshire to London just for this level of service, the next time I need to buy shoes! Very happy with my Brooks Glycerin, I would have never even tried this brand of shoe without the option to run I'm them first.”

“R&B didn't have the right shoe in store so they sent a pair from their London branch (first class at no extra charge because they are lovely people) and they nearly got to my house before I did. Excellent service, and all at a price that rivals buying online. Top shop - 5 stars!”

“I have used Run and Become for some years now, and have always been pleased with the service. Most recently I returned a pair of shoes which I felt had worn very quickly - they were replaced with an alternative very quickly and without any fuss. Quite exemplary help from Marina to deal with the issue and advise on a suitable replacement. No wonder I keep using them.”
