“Polite , punctual professional staff . Extremely helpful and knowledgeable . No rush during the fitting process or pressure to purchase there . They didn’t have the colour of shoe I wanted in stock , but ordered them for delivery to my house . Arrived a few days later . Excellent service .”

“Excellent remote sales service. It has taken three attempts to find new trail shoes that fit well. Run and Become’s online order and returns process is very efficient with orders arriving within 48 hours and the free returns and refunds being processed in a similar timescale. I am shielding due to Covid so this efficiency has been invaluable to me because I’m unable to visit their stores. With the first of my three orders I couldn’t locate the sale confirmation email (my mistake not theirs). When I rang to confirm my order, my query was dealt with very quickly and with great attention to detail. Run and Become has a great customer service ethos.”
