“Following the very disappointing closure of the Edinburgh branch when I went to another shop for new shoes I was told that they had never heard of toe box guards and I would have to get something made up. A quick visit to the Run and Become website showed that this is not the case and having placed an order I was very pleased when the guards arrived within a few days. Whilst I prefer to try shoes on before buying them I would have no hesitation in ordering other items online from the shop.”

“Excellent help in ordering a new pair of Bondi 8 extra wide, the Bondi 7 was excellent for my husband who has to have orthotics, has Rheumatoid Arthritis and mobility issues after a minor stroke, very good toe box and copes with the high instep, can't praise Run and Become enough for their help!”

“"Run and Become" go 'above and beyond'! As a disabled 70-year-old man it might seem surprising that "Run and Become" is now my go-to store for footwear. When visiting the store in 2020 the staff went out of their way to assist me to find size 14 extra-wide trainers which would accommodate the inserts I use. Having found a brand and fit that works for me I ordered a new pair over the telephone this year. The staff have now placed the necessary information into their database and, in future, I will order online. Their patience with my unusual request was greatly appreciated.”
