“Hey Ruka, I'm currently wearing braids so I haven't had the chance to try the ponytail on yet. I have been attempting to get the ponytail on my Lady M mannequin but it has been unsuccessful so far (LMAO). Maybe it's because I'm using an elastic band to tie my mannequin's hair into a bun. It's always so messy and comes undone when I try to put the ponytail on. Either way, I'm going to try again and get it right! The ponytail is beautiful. The handwritten note thanking me for the purchase was lovely. Thank you for that! I would like to add that there was an issue where I couldn't track my parcel which hindered the delivery process. This was a technical issue on Ruka's end however they responded quickly and took my complaint seriously. They were professional and polite. Overall this was a decent experience. Thank you for the ponytail.”

“LOVE THE SMELL !!!! However, the smell is not long-lasting and is very subtle; After straightening the hair and spraying the perfume I can still smell the burning smell caused by the straighteners. And it would be good if the spray nib could make the substance more like a vapour. What I mean by that is perfume droplets are quite big and cause the hair to be wet/damp which is not ideal after you have taken time to straighten it”

“I LOVE this hair. It’s natural looking, soft and blends sooo well texture wise. The only thing is I ordered the natural color and it’s reddish in the sunlight. It took some work to blend the hair 100%”

“The cap is soo small. When I tried it on it was extremely uncomfortable. If I’d worn it for long and used the teeth it would have damaged my hair with that much tension.”

“I received the bundle in good time, so that’s great. Even with postal strikes. I haven’t used the hair yet but the quality looks fantastic. It looks slightly lighter than I expected but I’m sure a good hair dye can resolve that! Thanks Ruka!”

“This hair is very soft, light and natural! I installed this as a weave myself. I used pretty much most of it, I wouldn’t have minded added some more for volume as the hair is quite fine but it still worked out. You can brush it and it’s just like your natural hair and then wet it and add some cream/oil and it goes back to curly - blends quite well to!”

“I didn’t like the texture of the hair. I bought 4 ayeee clip ins and it was a lot looser than what I typically think of with coily/4a texture. Offering low cost texture samples would be helpful. I won’t be able to use the clip ins on my natural texture.”
