Hey Ruka, I'm currently wearing braids so I haven't had the chance to try the ponytail on yet. I have been attempting to get the ponytail on my Lady M mannequin but it has been unsuccessful so far (LMAO). Maybe it's because I'm using an elastic band to tie my mannequin's hair into a bun. It's always so messy and comes undone when I try to put the ponytail on. Either way, I'm going to try again and get it right! The ponytail is beautiful. The handwritten note thanking me for the purchase was lovely. Thank you for that! I would like to add that there was an issue where I couldn't track my parcel which hindered the delivery process. This was a technical issue on Ruka's end however they responded quickly and took my complaint seriously. They were professional and polite. Overall this was a decent experience. Thank you for the ponytail.
