“I had a problem with the door of a Liebherr built-in appliance. I talked to the manufacturer and a number of its nominated service agents - opinions varied as to what to do to rectify the problem. Via google I found Ruislip Appliances. Its advice was to replace. After some more homework it transpired that the parts would have cost half that of a new unit (excluding labour). I contacted Ruislip to order a new one; a fitter arrived within a week, took away the old unit built-in the new one. Service could scarcely be better.”

“Bought a new cooker from you-unfortunately it arrived with slight damage to the enamel on one corner and when the fitter came to install it was found to be faulty!-No problem as you straight away offered a replacement but ladies being ladies she did not want another one of the same model !! Result I bought the "boss" a more expensive upright model instead with which she is very happy and you made every effort for it to be installed quickly ( two days!)well done guys!rgds Mike”

“We bought a semi integrated Miele dishwasher from Ruislip Appliances. The price was very competitive but what really swung it for us was that the company offered installation. The advised delivery dates were adhered to and the installer, who works for the company, was amazing. He really went the extra mile with ensuring that the panel matched up with the existing cabinetry and that everything worked perfectly before leaving (and taking away the old dishwasher). We wanted to keep him! We will definitely use the company again.”

“I was well advised which washing machine to purchase. The delivery and hook up of machine was done without any fuss and bother by two polite men and the old machine was removed and taken away in less than half an hour. One very satisfied customer.”

“I was looking for a washing machine that was easy to use with an 8 kg capacity. I needed one straight away as I had just moved and my old machine did not survive the journey. I visited Ruislip Appliances since they are local to me and I had used them before and been happy with their service. I explained to them what I needed and they showed me several options, all of which could be delivered the same day, and all very reasonably priced, I chose the Bosch VarioPerfect. Delivered that afternoon, very easy to use indeed and the washing came out really clean and 1400 spin speed made it much dryer out of the machine than others I have used. So I was very happy. I got very good service in the shop, it was delivered in a few hours , very helpful delivery men and a really good appliance. I would recommend this store to anyone, and I would definately use them again.”

“We bought a new freezer from yourselves. The shop staff were extremely helpful. We were worried about the food in our old freezer and were told to leave the food in it until the new freezer arrived, then transfer our food to the new one. The delivery staff were very helpful and we put all the food into the new freezer straightaway and then they took our old freezer away. It was all extremely easy for us and we applaud your service. Thank you very much.”
