“My built in fridge freezer broke down on a Sunday, so I did a bit of research online Sunday afternoon, and decided to buy a like for like Zanussi replacement and found that Ruislip appliances website had several available at a comparable price to other vendors. As I live less than half a mile from their shop I was able to pop in on the Tuesday evening, and decided to save a little more by choosing one with a dent on the side, because once installed as it's built in... no one can see the dent. I also elected to pay for delivery and installation which was offered to me for the Thursday, but I elected for Friday pm. The fitters arrived at the arranged time and took away the old appliance. I'm a now happy local and would highly recommend using Ruislip appliances wherever you are located.”

“I recently purchased a washing machine from their Ruislip showroom. Friendly and knowledgable service with a great price. The washing machine was delivered on time and installed with no hassle. I will certainly use them again.”

“My mother's freezer broke down this week and she was in desperate need a of a replacement model. I contacted Ruislip Appliances and within 30 minutes they had identified a replacement model at an excellent price and was on the phone to my mother directly to organise delivery. The new model was delivered and fitted and is now up and running turning what could have been a catastrophe into a minor incident. You cannot put a cash value on that kind of service and I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team on this or any other website. Much appreciated and thanks again!”

“This is about the sixth time I have purchased products from Ruislip Appliances. Nick (I think he's the owner) is always outstanding with a incredible knowledge of all his products. Rarely in todays retail environment do people take time to understand and go through all your options but Nick always does. Would I recommend them? yes definitely without hesitation!”

“The salesman in the shop was extremely helpful and showed me a few comparable machines to the Samsung I wanted to purchase. Delivery was arranged within two days. I would certainly recommend Ruislip Appliances. I gave an overall rating of 'very good' but all stars lit up!!”

“I have just purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Ruislip appliances. They needed to order it from Bosch as they had no stock. The dishwasher arrived and was fitted a couple of days later. Great Service.”
