“I have been searching for this particular model of hoover which I cannot seem to find anywhere but Ruislip Appliances LTD had it. I purchased online and everything was a breeze. Website was user friendly and when I used the live chat option for something I needed clarification for, response was immediate. Delivery was prompt and regular updates were sent to me from the moment my order has been confirmed. Product itself is authentic and it came as described. The whole parcel was well packed and came in excellent condition, box and all. Thank you for the smooth transaction. Till my next order!”

“I like the Bosch vacuum cleaner. However, when I bought there was not mentioned in the description that it will come without additional parts, brushes etc. It was great communication with the shop staff and he suggests to buy additional parts separately through the Bosh website. Another extra money to spend.”

“Very pleased and surprised that when faced with an old chest freezer that just "died" Ruislip appliances were able to deliver a suitable replacement within 24 hours which saved us having to waste quite a bit of food.”
