“Good selection of fridge/freezers. Reasonable prices. Very good customer service. All questions answered. Next day delivery. Old fridge/freezer taken away at very reasonable charge. “Always accessible professional and efficient. We had to replace a washing machine in a rented property whilst we were abroad. Everything went to plan tenant delighted with the new machine and RA helped ensure we got an extended warranty. They are our go to company for domestic appliances price always competitive but service second to none.”

“Ordered Bosch cooker hood over the phone. Staff very helpful and no question was too much to answer. Several calls later I placed my order and item was delivered on time the next day. “The staff were friendly and helpful on the phone and found information about my appliance on their records. An engineer came out the same day and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He also left detailed information about what to do if the problem occurred again. Excellent service!”
