“The person I spoke to there was helpful and informative. And they called back when they said they would. Their courier company turned up the day they said they would and gave me a call to when they were close. Seems pretty good to me.”

“The purchase and delivery of the item was fine, but the delivery driver asked if the shop had informed me that there were 2 dents in the washing machine, which they had not. I asked for a discount and was given £20 off, not enough in hindsight. The dent on the front is very obvious in certain lights.”

“The customer service and sales team at Ruislip Appliances are very pro-active and helpful people. I had an issue with a new oven purchased from them and they came out inspect the faulty installation and discovered the problem was caused by an incorrectly assembled oven cabinet. This was resolved fairly quickly. They also found highly flammable polystyrene packing placed under the oven that had got around the faulty oven cabinet. Their prices are competitive and if you are lucky to find a graded unit the prices are even better. Their website very clearly lists the cosmetic damage with photographs. This is the first company I would go to.”

“Against all odds that had the exact appliance I needed, it was Graded but the only make I found was on the back, as this is a built-in appliance that will never be seen. Friendly and fast service and a good price”
