“Purchased a new tumble dryer. The service was excellent and the price great. The assistant even brought the appliance to my car in the nearby carpark. We have bought appliances from Ruislip Appliances in the past and always had great service and would highly recommend the company.”

“I visited Ruislip Appliances looking for information on a range of appliances for my new kitchen / utility room. I wasn’t really ready to purchase anything at the time as I was just doing my homework. However, the level of customer service was so impressive in terms of product information and Ian, the assistant who helped me, really listening to what I needed and matching me up with the right product I just knew I wouldn’t improve on what was offered. Also the quote was so much less than I had anticipated so I ordered everything I required. I am confident that once my appliances are fitted I shall be delighted with them. Incidentally Which Magazine rates Euronics as best for after sales service. So it’s a win all around.”

“I visited the Ruislip store on a Friday to buy a washing machine. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I selected a machine which was delivered promptly on the Monday and my old machine taken away. I would recommend Ruislip Appliances to a friend.”

“What lovely service from Ruislip Apliances! I was referred by James at my local electrical appliance store, McEvoy & Rowley, in Maidenhead, as I was trying to help my daughter in Rickmansworth. She was in a difficult situation, needing a new tumble dryer very urgently, as her second baby was arriving imminently. Ruislip Appliances came to the rescue, made two visits & the baby arrived between the two visits! Thank you all so much!”

“I ordered a Neff integrated freezer from Ruislip Appliances and from the very start everything went without any problems. Their price was by far the cheapest of any that I saw on the internet and the delivery was free and delivered on the day quoted 2 days brilliant. Ordering was easy and the delivery drivers were pleasant and efficient even calling in advance to make sure we were at home. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone and will use again in the future. Thank you for such a smooth experience.”

“Gave advice on which washing machine to get without rushing me or being pushy. So far, so good- 3 weeks later. Installed very quickly, took away my old machine and solved a problem with the pipes on the spot. Price of machine was matched to online prices but the delivery/installation/removal costs were much less so saved a good amount. Thanks!”

“It is said that good customer service can only be judged by how a company responds when things go wrong......in this instance Ruislip Appliances are five star...... I purchased a fridge freezer and arranged for it to be delivered and fitted three days later. (They offered earlier delivery if it was an emergency purchase) The fitters rang first thing on the delivery day to say they were on their way and arrived before 10am. Due to an old and now slightly warped unit this was not an easy task and the fitters did everything they could to try to complete the job, but alas the appliance would not fit properly with the cabinet doors attached. This was then followed by the realisation that the appliance itself did not work. A new fridge freezer was swiftly dispatched and installed with a minium of fuss. The installation fee was waived without any prompting and the fitter called at the end of the working day to make sure that there were no further issues. In all, with the excellent service in the showroom, the efforts of the fitters, the minimal fuss replacing the faulty unit and the follow-up call, I have no hesitation in giving Ruislip Appliances FIVE STARS and recommending them. In future they will be my first point of call when purchasing any household appliance.”
