“Excellent service, on time, installers did the job perfectly, sorted the warranty in no time, friendly, approachable, knowledgable. An asset for our high street. An area for improvement might be removing shoes when entering the house, but this might be just me being ‘tidiness freak’ :) Well done guys amazing work”

Thank you Mr Tzanidakis for taking the trouble to leave us a 5 star review. Apologies for any footprints left - you are very entitled to be a tidiness freak :) The problem that we have is that the delivery guys need to be wearing steel toe capped boots, due to the nature of the products that they are carrying. We trialled the use of she coverings, but they guys then had to put the product down at the door in order to put the coverings on which wasn't practical and dirtied the underside of the box which we they then brought inside! So apologies, but until we come up with a better solution we just need to hope for dry weather! Thanks again and thank you for your business!

“Excellent service from the company. Ordered the machine in the morning and it was installed that afternoon. Unfortunately it went wrong, not Ruislip Appliances fault, and it was replaced almost instantly. Brilliant service in my view.”

“Recently purchased a new dishwasher from Tristan at Ruislip Appliances. Initially had a problem but the way Tristan dealt with it was most satisfactory. It is not the first time I have bought from them and I would always recommend them. Thank you Tristan”

“Really poor delivery drivers literally dumped double fridge freezer by our front door inside even though husband removing kitchen door while they arrived ran off jumped in van with out q wrd ! Called office more helpful member of staff said well they hve lots of deliveries poor service 😕”

“We've been using Ruislip Appliances for many years, and would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. It's reassuring to know that they are local, so any issues can be dealt with quickly, as opposed to dealing with a call centre and company that could be based anywhere. I highly recommend Rusilip Appliances, and will continue to use them in the future.”

“When the fan finally failed in our very old cooker hood Ruislip Appliances found a suitable replacement. They also recommended a local tradesman to remove the old hood and install the new one; he was very friendly, highly competent and did a great job.”

“Very helpful in the shop when we went to choose and buy a dishwasher. It was delivered and installed a few days later and the installation team were very good. All in all, difficult to fault Recommended”

“I purchased an electric oven from Ruislip Appliances last week. The price was on par with other retailers, but I wanted to buy from a local dealer to support our local retailers. I found the experience excellent. The salesperson who took our order over the phone was very helpful and they were able to provide next day delivery (which really helped us out). The delivery team were polite and courteous. I had an issue registering my extended warranty online, I contacted Ruislip Appliances and they sorted the issue for me. I will definitely use Ruislip Appliances again in the future.”

“I phoned through to find out if you had the kettle in stock resulting in an immediate order. The credit card processed, and I subsequently collected it several hours later - good result! Staff were friendly and courteous and had a sense of humour. I shall certainly give you first call for electrical items in the future!”
