“There's one big advantage over buying your appliances from an outlet such as Ruislip Appliances - that is you can tap into the knowledge of the store owners. That was helpful indeed for me - they were able to help me choose and advise on the installation requirements of a Liebherr side-by-side freezer and refrigerator. Two competent pleasent chaps came round to deliver and install - they removed all packaging and took away the old appliance. They were bulky and heavy (the appliances that is)! They have been helpful in sourcing a small replacement part from Germany too. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Very helpful when I had to order over the phone due to a different delivery address for my appliances . The graded appliance was exactly as described with no visible marks , nobody would know it wasn’t a new appliance.”

Whilst graded products are still new appliances they are subject to small cosmetic damage or even just packaging damage. Often these marks might be in an area which doesn't show - ie the side of an appliance - which is brilliant as there are huge savings to be made! We are so pleased you are happy with your product! “Great service and speedy delivery from Ruislip Appliances at an excellent price. Really helpful as it was for a fridge freezer and not having a working one in the summer is a pain , so these guys saved our wine and yogurt !”
