“While the products were exactly what I was looking for and at a good price, they took much longer to arrive than advertised and I had to chase delivery via the phone. When I did so they told me they would call me back, and didn't, opting to email instead.
They were advertised as arriving in 10-15 working days, and in the end I ordered on the 31st March, and they didn't arrive until 29th April.”

They arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and build - they looked much more robust than the more expensive planters I'd seen in garden centres.
As they were going on a roof terrace, I had a number of questions after ordering regarding the weight of the planters and the volume of soil they would hold to ensure that the terrace had the structural strength for the load and the Customer Service department was very helpful.
I'll need some time to ascertain how they last but my initial impression of the build quality are that they'll last a very long time.
