“I ordered 36 planks of treated T&G Redwood. Arrived when expected but 9 were damaged in transit. I sent an email with the damage as photo attachments as it was too late to phone and also phoned customer service the next day.
Customer service were very helpful and arranged to get replacements sent out along with an extra three planks. These arrived in good condition a week later.
