“Rubberduck handled the sale of a towel radiator that was delivered direct from the factory. The product was damaged during delivery, the second had a manufacturing fault, the third was good. Throughout this rather annoying set of problems Rubberduck looked after my interests very well, always very responsive to telephone calls and emails. A very customer-oriented company.”

“Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Some of the pvc ceiling panels were damaged in transit and they sent out replacements straight away. Mannaged to complete the job in time. Excellent customer service. So glad I used them. Thank you for being so efficient.”

“Excellent customer service. You can actually speak to a caring human, immediately. That is worth a lot. Our radiator was damaged in transit and Rubberduck replaced it the next day. No where else can you receive service like that. Highly recommended.”

Hi Nicky, We're sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your item. We can see the order was placed with us late afternoon on the 22nd and we provided a dispatch confirmation with tracking links provided the very next day. The item was delivered on the 24th. We have heard nothing since then to suggest any issue occurred until reading your review. The items purchased are distributed direct by the manufacturer and if there has been an issue with delivery, we can only apologise as we were unaware. We'll be raising this matter with said manufacturer, as we rely on 3rd parties such as this to distribute the products we display. “I rang to enquire about the expected stock date of the product I wanted and a very polite gentleman gave me the information. I then rang the next day and a different gentleman was very personable and helpful and took my order over the telephone. I would safely assume this is the general ethos of their customer service across the board. The item was shipped and delivered promptly, and they even offered some insight into other products that may be suitable for my requirements. All round exceptional service. Thank you.”
