“Product arrived a month late. They claim it was delivered previously even though their courier apologised to us at point of delivery for the delay. They then refused to process a refund because it was out of 28 days from the original arranged delivery date. They do not have a collection service so returns are unnecessarily difficult anyway. Avoid the hassle and buy from a company with a better customer service set up.”

Good morning Al, We're sorry to hear about the issues faced with your order. We do think you may have us confused with another supplier however. As nothing in the above comment rings true with the order placed with us. We can see your order was placed over the weekend on the 7th of April - Was dispatched using a tracked pallet delivery service on the 11th and booked in for delivery by yourself for the 15th. We have an image showing the pallet on your drive with someone at the door on the morning of the 15th to verify the above too. If you wouldn’t mind revising your review in light of the above. “They were really helpful with the order when I couldn't sort out what I wanted. When our builder let us down they kept the order for several months. Can't praise them highly enough. Have now had two bathrooms from them and would not go anywhere else.”

“One edge of the panel was damaged, fortunately we could cut the edge down, whoever thought a 270cm solid edging strip would fit into a 206cm cardboard tube without snapping needs help. Needless to say edging strip was in 2 pieces and unusable.”

Good morning Jodie, We're very sorry for not coming back to you sooner. We can see your item has been returned and checked in the warehouse with your refund passed up to the accounts team. It's no excuse but we're a little short staffed at the minute and it's taking a little longer than we'd like to come back to people VIA email. “We ordered a shower tray on a Tuesday afternoon and were delighted that this was delivered within 48 hours of the order. We did have a slight problem with the delivery of the adhesive within the same order but after speaking with your very polite and friendly colleague, Ashley, this was then delivered the next day. Well done to you all and many thanks once again.”

“Thus was my first interaction with Rubberneck Bathrooms and I was pretty impressed. Even though my order was a bathroomnsink tap the conversation was treated as important. The tap arrived prompt and seems to fit the bill. Its a sink tap that swivels out of the way to create more wash space is a slimline sink, however the tap only swivels 90 degrees whereas the faucet rotates fully. If this was known by the assistant it would have been helpful to behave been told. This is NOT a reason not use the company, so based on the interaction I'd recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms.”

“Good product and reasonable price. The quality seem good. The shower panels wern't an exact match (colour wise) to the sample. The shipping fees were quite high compared to other companies, and courier tracking wasnt that informative - but didarrive within the 5 days. Overall, I am happy”

“My purchses were not the first I've ordered from Rubberduck and I returned to them as a trusted company with an excellent range of products. On this occasion I included a bespoke shower former in the order. Due to circumstances outside of Rubberducks control, there was a delay with it however, the customer services staff were extremely helpful both by phone and email when I made a request for updates about tmy order and ensured I received the remainder of the order promptly. Highly recommended.”
