Good morning Gaynor, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received during delivery. These panels are delivered directly by the manufacturer using their chosen delivery service. Typically we don't see many issues with deliveries but we are aware that sometimes the couriers can be a little heavy handed at times! We look to act as fast and efficiently as we can in the rare instances things don't go to plan. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. If ever you need anything in the future give us a call and we'll make sure the next one is much better! Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
