“My orders were with me the very next day, also phoned for advice and were very helpful and polite. One small issue there are no instructions on the items on how to use hence the phone call, also items were cheaper from rubberduck.”

“Amazing service from start to finish! Ordering on the website was easy. I had never seen this website before so I was a little apprehensive! Communication about my order was amazing - from order confirmation to information regarding delivery etc. Item was ordered late one evening (nearly midnight) and arrived one day later - amazing! Delivery was simple, easy and no issues. Quality of item (Nuance bathroom panels) was amazing, as described and perfect condition. Would not hesitate to recommend the website to friends and family ⭐️⭐️”

“Really happy with the customer service when I rang to ask about delivery. The delivery was on time. The items were wrapped well but unfortunately, there was a significant amount of scratches on the trims. We managed to work around some by using the best end but I would have returned 2-3 if we had the time to do so.”

“I prefer a bath a couple of months before my bathroom was installed. When the fitters opened the bath it was badly damaged, I phoned Rubber duck to explain but they said id had it too long to exchange. I had no option but to order another one from them, this second one came with exactly the same damage one! So I asked again for a refund on the first one but they said no. The 3rd bath came ok but this all delayed the bathroom by 3 weeks.”

Good morning Daniel, We're very sorry to hear about the issues faced with your delivery. We pack these items on pallets using heavy cardboard edge protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products we send out. We completely understand the frustration with having to deal with issues such as this and we try our best to inform customers of the practices and policies we need to follow in order to achieve a positive outcome in these rare instances. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
