“I made a large order with rubber duck for 3 bathrooms. I had multiple delivery issues, the first with missing items and then the promise they would be delivered in a couple of days. They were not. This then happened again!! Due to the delays I had to reorganise the plumber as the items were not here weeks after they should have been. I have then called the company to organise the return of one item outside of the return period (didn’t realise tap length was wrong for sink as plumber has only just come back to fit the bathrooms, due to their delivery/warehouse issues) and they won’t allow me to return as it’s out of policy. I spent close to £2,000 and very disappointed, although the products are nice you can buy the same from other websites who are more considerate of their customers. Some staff are helpful but full of empty promises, others are just rude.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered will not fit the location so I need to return. I have requested a return but have yet to receive confirmation that it has been accepted.”

Hi Ray, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Ray you requested returns info for your item on Saturday the 7th and we replied with links to our returns policy within 10 minutes of receipt. You kindly confirmed the item was fit for return on the 11th with images coming through to us. We responded within 30 minutes, happily accepting your return and offered some advice on how you could get the item back to us. “I’ve made two orders with Rubberduck, the first after a call for some advice on a product. I was really impressed with the knowledge & help I received. Unfortunately I didn’t receive one item of the second order. I called, spoke to an adviser & was reassured it was on the way. A week on & it hadn’t arrived. A second call and RD are resending the item. Would definitely use RD again. Customer service is excellent. Very happy with the products received too.”

“The customer service was good until it came to processing a refund, which clearly needs improvement. Communication was poor throughout the refund process. It seems like returned items are sent to a different location, and no one I spoke with could explain why my item hadn't been inspected or why the refund was delayed. As a customer, I’m very disappointed with this experience. After two weeks I am still waiting for an email to confirm my item was received. No sign of refund.”
