“Possibly the best service I've ever received.......... The efficiency with which I was notified the order had been completed, the notification the courier was going to pick the item up and the arrival of the item, was incredible.”

“I ordered a very competitively priced Radley bag and it arrived well packaged the next day (on the free standard delivery option). The bag was beautiful but much smaller than I envisaged (no fault of Roy’s) so I returned the item. The refund was dealt with promptly & customer services were very helpful. This was my first order with Roy’s and I will definitely use them again.”

“I bought a lovely blanket at Roys! It was 2x cheaper than on any other website so I was a bit wary. But it was a very high-quality blanket and it arrived promptly, nicely wrapped and with a lovely delivery note. I am impressed! I will purchase fro Roys again for sure.”
