“Our only comment would be the following:- Whilst in the clothing section we asked for the Customer Service Department. We were advised that it was in the main store building. We then searched for it, in the main store building, before going to one of the checkout desks, where we were informed that it was on the first level. As we got off the escalator we saw the sign to the Customer Service Department. Did we miss other signs for the Customer Service Department or are there none giving directions. We must say that all the staff we spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. Service was Excellent.”
