“I was visiting Leicester England and ordered a Joules top from Roys after coming across their website. It is a very easy process and I was really pleased with the customer service. I called and explained I was in England but returning to Canada this past Wednesday (I am home now) and asked if there was anyway the order could be shipped to the Leicester England address right away so I would get it before leaving to come back to Canada. The chap I spoke with was extremely helpful, he checked on his computer and said the top was across the street and he would personally go over and get it sent out asap. The top arrived in plenty of time - I was just thrilled. So, thank you and I will use your website again.”
